I’ve always been interested in sport and living a healthy lifestyle, and also challenging myself and loving the idea of wanting to improve yourself a little bit everyday.
My CrossFit journey started when I moved to Brighton for university in 2017, and after my first taster session I was hooked. I loved that there were so many things I couldn’t do but wanted to achieve. I got completely hooked on the methodology and dedication needed to improve in the gym.
Being relatively new to the fitness industry, I started an internship at Reebok CrossFit Connect, in Brighton, where I first started coaching. It taught me so much and I’m constantly looking to improve as a coach. There’s no better feeling than helping someone achieve their goals, and being able to help do that is priceless. I genuinely love helping people, and spreading the message of health and longevity through CrossFit is the main way I aim to do this!
I also have fallen in love with competing and do this regularly throughout the year. It’s a real passion of mine and will always continue striving for more in the future.
