Although relatively new to the fitness industry, I have always been passionate about sport, which naturally lead me to develop an interest in health and fitness, towards my late teens. Initially I began training to aid with my sporting performance, however I soon began to enjoy the training as much as the sport.
This enjoyment sparked an interest and lead me to want to discover more about the science behind health and fitness. As a result of this I took my studies to the next level and completed a degree in Strength and Conditioning Sciences.
After working in the fitness industry for a short time, I joined CrossFit Basingstoke. Since being here I’ve loved every moment, the constantly varied style of training removes any of the monotony of a normal training programme. Also the high intensity levels of ‘wods’ allows for you to really push yourself to your limits, which I really enjoy. Finally the tight knit community feel of the box makes every session when her I’m coaching or training fun and full of laughs.
