My name is Tristan Bennett and I am a practicing CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer. I am fortunate enough to have been coaching CrossFit since 2015 and to have served as a personal trainer since 2013.
Primarily I see my role as a sherpa on the path to self discovery. In the time that I have been a coach I have found that regardless of the initial goal – health, fitness, or body composition – the steps taken to reach it invariably lead to personal growth on an unexpected level, being able to share in that journey is one of the great pleasures of my life.
On a more technical level I am relatively granular as a coach, I am interested in the details and nuances of training, nutrition and lifestyle, while also being highly pragmatic with respect to working towards improvements in these areas.
Fundamentally I love working with people who are willing to bring their best effort and an open mind with an eagerness to learn.
